| Info | Conrad Reynolds, a retired United States Army Colonel, was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1960. He is the youngest of five children born to Robert L. Reynolds and Helen R. Milton from Ozark, Arkansas. After graduating from Batesville High School in 1978, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). While in the Army, Conrad earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Touro University, Cypress, California.
In 1979, while attending UCA, Conrad enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves. Upon graduation from UCA in 1982, Conrad was commissioned into the U.S. Army as a Second Lieutenant. He went onto to pursue a highly successful 29-year career as an intelligence officer, retiring as a full Colonel on January 1, 2009.
Conrad served his country in many locations including Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, South Korea, and the Czech Republic. During his lengthy military career, he was hailed as an accomplished leader, manager and skilled professional in military intelligence operations. He successfully guided and commanded special intelligence units in the war zones of Afghanistan, Iraq and Bosnia where he developed critical decision-making skills. Additionally, he served as a military attaché in the Czech Republic.
Recognizing Conrad’s selfless contributions, the Army commended him with many awards and citations, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Bronze Star, and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal. Throughout his military career, Conrad was one of the most experienced and effective counterintelligence/human intelligence officers in the U.S. Army. Holding a Top Secret Security Clearance, he contributed to many successful missions while working with the National Security Agency (NSA), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). His unwavering devotion and dedication to his country, demonstrates his life-long commitment to the defense of freedom and liberty.
Conrad currently owns and operates a consulting business in Conway, Arkansas and continues contributing to our nation’s defense as an independent contractor with the Department of Defense (DoD). He is married with three children and is a member of the Second Baptist Church of Conway, Arkansas.
