She is an activist with over 20 years advocating on behalf of working people and their families in both her personal and professional life. In her current role as Director of Advocacy and Human Resources for the BCGEU, she has seen first-hand the effect an arrogant and unrepresentative BC Liberal agenda has had on ordinary people and her own community.
Jaynie lives in Burnaby along with her son Corby, who attends Douglas College.
