| Info | Rep. Bert Atkins, a Democrat, represents part of St. Louis County (District 75) in the Missouri House of Representatives.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. Atkins has worked for 29 years as a maintenance mechanic with The Boeing Company in St. Louis. He also served in the United States Air Force from 1973-1977.
Rep. Atkins attends St. Andrew United Methodist Church. He currently serves as vice president of Local Lodge 837B of the International Association of Machinists (IAMAW) union. In addition, Rep. Atkins was a member of the Jaycees from 1979-1995 and is a United States JCI Senator.
Rep. Atkins attended Riverview Gardens High School as well as North County Technical High School. He received his A.A. from Florissant Valley Community College.
Born April 19, 1955 in St. Louis, Rep. Atkins currently resides in Florissant. He has a son, Joshua.
