| Info | Steve was born and raised in Syracuse, and received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Upon graduation, Steve was employed for several years in Dallas, Texas in the Real Estate division at Fulbright & Jaworski. For six years, Steve served as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney in Ft. Worth, Texas - primarily prosecuting first degree violent felonies, including capital murder.
The most recent Treasurer of the New York State Republican Party, Steve currently co-chairs the Finance Committee for Congressman John Katko in NY-24, and is Finance Chair of the Onondaga County Republican Committee.
Steve is deeply involved in local and national affairs, and gives back extensively to the community he loves. His service includes The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (National Council, Congressional Group Leader, and Political Chair); Cazenovia College (Past Board of Trustees Member and Commencement Speaker); Safe Haven Holocaust Refugee Shelter Museum (Board Member); Family Enterprise USA (Board Member); JINSA; Cornell University Family Business Center; Vanderbilt University Law School (Admissions Interview Program); and Young Presidents Organization.
Steve and his wife, Pamela, of 20 years reside in Cazenovia with their two children.
