Survived by wife, Jean; children, Todd (Kelly) Moody, Trent Moody, Paula (Bryan) Fox; grandchildren, Brett, Aubrey Fox, Erik Moody; very good friends, Neil and Deignese Crabbe and Christine Mitchell. Tom was in The Counter Intelligence Corps. He was an attorney at law and served on Columbus City Council; former Judge, Municipal Court and Common Pleas Court. Tom was former Mayor of Columbus. Service will be private for the family. Arrangements by RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio 43085. Contributions may be made to The Aladdin Shrine Hospital Association for Children, c/o 3850 Stelzer Rd., Columbus, OH 43219 in his memory.
