An East Stroudsburg native and East Stroudsburg High School, Lafayette College and Southwestern University School of Law (Dean Scholar) graduate, Christine was an attorney with his family-owned East Stroudsburg firm and is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and U.S. district courts in the state's middle and eastern districts.
During his time in the District Attorney's Office, Christine has:
# Obtained convictions in various felony cases, including 13 murder cases.
# Prosecuted the state's first child rape case using closed-circuit television to protect the child victim, as well as helped develop new laws to protect child sexual abuse victims.
# Expanded and strengthened programs against violence victimizing women.
# Developed the office's computer data base.
# Helped charter the county Drug Task Force, of which he later took command from the state and increased the number of drug seizures and forfeitures on area drug dealers' properties.
# Started the office's first victim-witness program.
# Helped state police develop a pilot program to enhance automobile fatality investigation.
# Started units to investigate white-collar crime, fraud and cold cases.

# Court-appointed child support advocate in the county Domestic Relations Office.
# Solicitor for the Tobyhanna Township Board of Supervisors, Stroud Township Zoning Hearing Board and Stroud Area Regional Police Commission.
# Specially appointed solicitor for the boards of supervisors in Stroud, Smithfield and Pocono townships.
# Special public defender.
He is involved in Christ Hamilton Lutheran Church in Hamilton Township, B.P.O. Elks Lodge 319 in East Stroudsburg and the state and national District Attorneys and Monroe County Bar associations, as well as being an honorary county Fire Police member and past member of the Center for Developmental Disabilities and county Industrial Development Authority boards.
