| Info | Local businesswoman Louise Boulanger is proud to be the Liberal candidate for Roberval – Lac St-Jean. As president of the Saint-Félicien Chamber of Commerce, co–owner and CEO of the Saint-Félicien Speedway and director general of La Fournée Saint-Félicien bakery, Ms. Boulanger is an active member of the business community. Ms. Boulanger also worked as the co-owner and manager of a Bonichoix market for four years.
Ms. Boulanger’s diverse academic background clearly demonstrates her passion to learn more about the world around her. She has studied accounting, statistics, writing, as well as biology, health sciences and organizational psychology. Ms. Boulanger is constantly improving her skills set and takes every opportunity to add a new string to her bow.
In addition to her professional experience and academic background, Ms. Boulanger is also active in community life. She has been a member of several committees including the Domaine du Roy Regional County Municipality’s policy committee and the follow-up committee for Saint-Félicien’s local Agenda 21, responsible for fostering sustainable development.
Ms. Boulanger has also served on the board of trustees for Domain du Roy’s Business Development Centre, the Roberval Association for Women in Business, and the Community Business Development Aid Society. She has also been a volunteer for the Canadian Children’s Wish Foundation.
