| Info | Frank was elected to the District 3 Freeholder seat in November 2005. Previously, Frank served as a member of Egg Harbor Township Committee from 1997 to 2005. During his tenure on township committee, Frank held the position of Deputy Mayor from 1999 to 2005. Frank decided to get involved in politics after raising his three sons in Egg Harbor Township. He has always been involved in his community through volunteering with various organizations such as scouting, recreation and Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company.
Frank is a graduate of Atlantic City High School. He retired after 31 years from Plumbers and Pipe fitter Local Union 322, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He is still active as a Cardiff Volunteer Firefighter and other organizations such Saint Katherine Drexel Church, Knights of Columbus Council #12868, and a member of Trinity Masonic Lodge.
While on the Egg Harbor Township Committee, Frank served on Planning Board, Environmental Commission, Economic Development Commission, Police Sub Committee, and is the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Township. Now, as a member of the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Frank serves as the freeholder representative for Fire Training, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, and Solid Waste. He also chairs the Ad Hoc Committees on Public Safety and Roads and Bridges.
Being a life long Atlantic County resident Frank has lived in Egg Harbor Township for thirty six years with his wife Mary Ann. They have three grown sons, Frank 3rd, Tom, and Chris, and have seven grandchildren.
Freeholder District 3 includes Egg Harbor Township, Hamilton, Linwood, and Northfield.
