| Info | Dr. Abrahamson, is the president of Vantage Point Historical Services, Inc. Vantage Point's clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, telecommunications, and banking.
He has written a number of books and articles, including Anytime, Anywhere: Entrepreneurship and the Creation of a Wireless World (Cambridge University Press, 2002). He is a member of the Rapid City Area Schools Board of Education, chairman of the State Library Board, and a member of the Rapid City Library Board of Trustees. He co-organized the re-launch of the Rapid City Community Foundation earlier this year.
"Eric brings a wealth of business experience as well as great communication skills," said Dr. Billion. "He has also proven that he can attract Democrats, Republicans, and Independents through his election last year to the Rapid City School Board. He has demonstrated tremendous public service through his work on state and local library boards."
Eric is married to Lois Facer, who is a faculty associate at National American University and works with Eric at Vantage Point as a project manager. Lois and Eric are the parents of two college age boys, Reed, 19, and Zachary, 17, who both graduated from Rapid City Stevens High School.
