Info | Mr. Miller's practice focuses on representing governmental entities, including school districts, cities, villages, counties, water and health districts and economic development districts. A former Superintendent of schools, Mr. Miller focuses on school law and serves as Vice-Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association School Law Committee. He represents public school districts in a broad spectrum of legal matters, including: health insurance contracts; school finance and SF-3 issues; tuition and residency; special education; student transportation and student discipline issues; administrative and employee contracts; litigation defense; negotiations and arbitrations; government relations; economic development; employee benefits; and risk management. Mr. Miller is particularly versed in the legal aspects of charter schools and charter school funding.
