Info | As many of you know, Jason Briscoe is Minooka’s Village President and is also a former village trustee. As Village President, he has established a solid track record of proven results. Jason's accomplishments include operating balanced budgets, forming a citizen’s advisory committee to improve municipal-resident communication, facilitating joint meetings with Village and School Boards, and securing financing for infrastructure and road improvements.
Jason is a hardworking family man and life-long resident of Minooka. He and his wife, Melissa, are proud parents of their 2½-year-old son, Jack. Jason is a graduate of the University of St. Francis in Joliet and is the Vice President of Investments for a Leading National Bank.
Recently, Jason was named the 2005 “Man of the Year” by the Morris Daily Herald and has been endorsed by the Chicago Tribune, the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Illinois Federation for Right to Life, Republican Leader Tom Cross, Grundy County GOP Chairman Chris Brown, Will County GOP Chairman Jack Partelow, Kankakee County GOP Chairman Darrel Smith, and Iroquois County GOP Chairman Russ Geisler.
