If only I was born two decades before...... sigh I see you were born on Dec 9,2008. That was the date the Feds busted Blago for trying to sell Obama's Senate seat and I do recall this site was a flurry of activity that day. Makes me feel ancient.

I've done the same. Prefer to drive over flying sometimes just to see the American road. West Virginia is beautiful. Mountains and winding rounds through coal country. Hope you have a great time!

There will be D overperformance...that I'm confident of. FL-01 will be most interesting because Patronis is a "good" candidate and Matt Gaetz's old district. +8 R here would be a real disappointment from perspective, bu possible. The money situation in this district is very different to FL-06 as well.

Also, after being an active contributor for over half a year now, and a lurker for a year before then, I noticed that there are two different types of people who participate in discussions: - Subjective commentators: those who tend to express their political opinions more often in their posts rather than objective analysis - Objective commentators: those who tend to analyze situations/elections objectively but often try to stray from heated political discussions. I've been trying to be a mix of both whilst also having an open mind, and I've been wondering, is there more of a demand for someone who is more active in political discussions or objective analysis? Or should I just keep going with what I've been doing?
