Prohibition Nomination
The Prohibition state convention met on 5/16 and nominated N.C. English of Randolph County. English declined to run, and later Bonner was named as the nominee on 9/14.
Republican Nomination
Mason was nominated at the Republican state convention on5/23.
Democratic Nomination
The Democratic state convention met on 5/30 and unanimously nominated Finger for an additional term.
