The Prohibition National Convention assembled in the Candle Tabernacle in Indianapolis IN. There were 300 delegates present. The national ticket nominated was William D. Upshaw GA for President and Frank S. Regan IL for Vice-President. Upshaw was nominated on the second ballot as shown here.
