The vast majority of Florida lies in the EST zone.
Ten (10) counties of the western Panhandle, including Pensacola, are in the CST zone.
The Ballot [Link] includes Biden, Clinton, Dodd, Edwards, Gravel, Kucinich, Obama and Richardson. The candidates for this primary were selected by a bi-partisan [Link] Presidential Candidate Selection Committee. It appears given the controversy of this primary that candidates were not given the opportunity to withdraw.
According to the Green Papers, [Link] no delegates will be determined by this primary.
