Political nuance created by the French Ministry of the Interior on the occasion of the 2021 regional and departmental elections. Ministry bundles all parties that it considers "right-wing sovereigntists" ahead of elections for seats in national legislatures and classifies them the Sovereign Right. The Sovereign Right picked up one seat in France's National Assembly after elections held on the 12th to 19th of June 2022. Sovereign Right's single seat was attributed to the 2-party electoral alliance Debout la France, consisting of Les Patriotes and Génération Frexit [Droite souverainiste (DSV)].
