| Description | Cebu-based party supporting energy independence, administrative decentralization and devolution. Party was founded by Cebu's ex governor, Lito Osmeña. Party formed an alliance with a breakaway wing of the ruling PDP-Laban party led by boxer Manny Pacquiao and his People's Champ Movement (PCM), calling it the MP3 alliance. Pacquaio then filed as a candidate for president in 2022 on October 1, 2021, declaring PROMDI as his party [Progressive Movement for the Devolution of Initiatives, or Probinsya Muna Development Initiative (PROMDI or Abag-Promdi)]. |
