Description | TALLAHASSEE -- A top official with the Florida Commission on Ethics questioned Wednesday whether it's legal for state lawmakers to rent office space from their spouses.
Bonnie Williams, the ethics commission's executive director, said state law "does not appear" to allow legislators to rent property from family members. |
