Description | Wilmington News Journal article.
An excerpt..."Bonini and Testerman are running to represent a district that is growing because of residential development but still largely dependent on agriculture for its identity. The elbow-shaped district runs from the southern neighborhoods of Dover to include Frederica and the Kent County portion of Milford, then turns west to encompass Houston, Harrington, Farmington and the rural areas to the Maryland state line.
Neither party can claim a majority of registered voters in the district, according to the state Department of Elections. Republicans and Democrats each have about 38 percent of the roughly 25,000 voters in the district, with the remaining 24 percent divided among minor parties." |
