| Info | Van Nguyen was born in British Hong Kong. She immigrated to Canada with her Vietnamese mother where she made the beautiful province of Ontario her home since October 28th, 1985. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from the University of New Brunswick/Humber College in 2006. Van started off her career as a registered nurse in the General Internal Medicine unit at Toronto Western Hospital while being a single mother. She gradually moved on to different nursing positions over the past 15 years. She is a strong advocate for her patients & their families as a community care coordinator for homecare services. She loves her patients and her profession! Van has been interested in provincial politics for many years but was not able to find a party that aligns with her beliefs until she found the New Blue Party of Ontario. She is very passionate about advocating for the people of Ontario and hopes to make positive legislative changes in the political realm with New Blue. You can find her on social media being vocal about everything that relates to Mississauga-Malton, Ontario & Canada!
