During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kate has been fighting to make our schools safer. In 2021, Kate successfully pushed the Doug Ford government to release rapid COVID tests to Ontarians and helped schools across Beaches-East York set up their own rapid testing programs, supporting families in keeping their loved ones safe.
