InfoA life-long resident of Albuquerque, Robertson has lived in District 7 for over 3 decades, has raised her children in District 7, and is now watching her grandchildren grow up in District 7. An active member of her community, Robertson sits on the board of the Homeowners Association for Del Sol Condominiums in District 7, and is the Secretary of a local non-profit that provides support for homeless teenagers and at-risk youth. Robertson is the former President and Founder of the Sandia High School Football Boosters 501(c)3, and former President of the Comanche Elementary School PTA.

“I have built a career on seeing what’s possible in Albuquerque – and making it happen. I’m ready to take that experience to City Hall and help us work to create a safer and thriving community – one we all know is possible,” said Robertson. “It takes a clear vision, community knowledge, and proven experience to address and fix complex issues. As a small business owner, a parent and grandparent, an avid volunteer in our community, I look forward to bringing my unique perspective and strong experience to the City Council to move Albuquerque forward.”

Robertson is a commercial real estate broker with Colliers International and has more than 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial real estate working specifically with locally owned businesses. Robertson is currently involved in Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico, National Association of REALTORS®, and the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®. Robertson is known in the real estate community for her innovative projects and fresh perspective that have brought new economic growth to the community.

“Our city is magical in so many ways, but businesses are not moving here, and our young people are moving away,” continued Robertson. “We need to change that and make it a place where future generations want to stay and raise families.”

Robertson has long felt that our city has struggled with management, lacks agility and has operated too much like a large bureaucracy, a sentiment that only deepened as our crime continues to rise, our population and growth remain stagnant, and our young families leave.

“The decisions that are made at City Hall impact all of us. I’m running to be a strong voice for families and our small business owners; they’ll be at the forefront of every decision I make. I know that when we come to the table to address real issues with proven solutions, we can make a difference for our community,” concluded Robertson.

Lori is married to Bill Robertson; they have four children and seven grandchildren. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with their family, and enjoying the outdoors.
