Dr. Ryan E. Ross is an educator, speaker, and actualization coach, committed to access, equity, and the development of leaders.

Ryan’s professional, community, and social contributions have afforded the opportunity to be coined “Denver’s role Model for Inclusiveness, as well as land him recognition’s such as The Denver Business Journal’s prestigious 40 under Forty Award, being named as an African American who make a difference by the Denver Urban Spectrum, a recipient of the 2013 MLK Humanitarian award from Colorado’s Martin Luther King Jr. Commission, being named as one of Colorado’s top five most influential young professionals by COBIZ magazine in 2014, as well as recently being recognized as the 2016 Colorado 9 News leader of the year.

After fourteen years of educational work, Ross transitioned from the executive leadership team at the Community College of Denver to take on his greatest professional and community challenges to date. Ross became the Regional Manager for Mobilization for the Washington D.C. based American Petroleum Institute where he is focused on STEM awareness in students and building workforce opportunities in the energy industry for women, minorities, and veterans. Honoring his commitment to leadership development and community Ross, simultaneously accepted an appointment by Former Mayor the Honorable Wellington E. Webb to lead the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado (ULFC), which focuses on diversifying boards, commissions, and c-suites while also building the next generation of African American leaders in the greater Denver Metropolitan area.
