| Info | Paul Johnson, President, ComsSites, Inc., is best known for his time in politics and as Mayor of Phoenix. He also founded several multimillion-dollar companies and has large real-estate holdings. Companies include Americom Management LLC., a project management company focused on telecommunication infrastructure development from 1994 until 2001 and ComSites Inc. a company focused on real estate needs for telecommunications companies.
Johnson has served on the Phoenix City Council from 1985-1990 and was the Phoenix Mayor from 1990-1994. He was highlighted in the New York Times, Forbes and People. He also served as chairman of Arizona League of Town and Cities, and several regional planning committees including: MAG, SCROG, RPTA, AMWA. These have given him a unique understanding of the regulatory, development and entitlement process.
Johnson has also developed large projects including master planning 640 acres on the Able Farms, 1000 acres in Prescott, 400 mountainside lots, 340 lots at Belote and Rooks and several other large-scale development projects.
Johnson has a B.A. in History from Arizona State University, a B.S. in Business Management from University of Phoenix and attended the Kennedy school at Harvard University. Johnson currently serves, as the Chairman of the Arizona Technology Council and is a father of two sons, Paul and Justin.
