Pueblo City Council Representative at Large Chris Nicoll volunteered to work on a bi-partisan committee to assess a strong mayor form of government to replace Pueblo's current city manager form of government (2009). He helped organize Pueblo Citizens for Open Government (2007) and also led the community in an anti-smoking ban within the City's limits.
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Colorado, and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University. He went on to earn his Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
