Info | Nily Rozic was born in Jerusalem and moved with her family to Fresh Meadows. Queens has given Nily the opportunity to succeed, and she is running for Assembly to ensure that the generations that follow have that same opportunity. She is a passionate and energetic leader committed to building a strong future for Eastern Queens.
As Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Brian Kavanagh, Nily worked tirelessly to make a real difference in the lives of everyday New Yorkers including protecting senior centers and programs from drastic cuts, increasing parkland and open space, and expanding neighborhood bus service.
Nily continues to be active in her community, serving on Community Board 8 as a member of the Transportation, Land Use and Education Committees, as an active member of Hillcrest Jewish Center and a member of the Townsend Harris HS Alumni Association.
Nily is exactly the type of passionate and energetic leader our community needs to continue building a stronger future for Eastern Queens. Please remember to vote for Nily Rozic on Thursday, September 13th.
