| Info | Tom returned to Guam in 1983 after completing Undergraduate and Graduate university studies and serving 6-yrs of Active duty in the U.S. Army. Tom completed Graduate studies in Public Sector Management and Regional Planning & Analysis at Indiana University. He has served as Deputy GM for Guam Waterworks (formerly PUAG), GM for GPA, a 4-term Senator, and Commissioner on the CCU. Tom has also held senior management positions in the private sector, and recently completed PMBA studies at the University of Guam.
