Lana Cundiff Schimpf married Larry Schimpf, son of Rev. & Mrs. Samuel Schimpf, on August 18th, 1963.
Their immediate family, in Putnam County, consists of three married children, their spouses and six grandchildren.
Larry & Lana Schimpf worked together in an Electrical Contractor Business called Cundiff Electric Inc., started in 1953 by Lana's father. In 1992, Lana saw a wide range of needs in the community for a turnkey Commercial/Industrial Contractor and opened a General Contracting Business named, Castle Builders Inc. The following year Larry joined Castle Builders Inc. as Electrical Project Manager. Lana holds a license in general contracting.
Community experience ranges from Sunday school Teacher, to PTO Pres. to Pres. of Putnam County Council on Aging & Aged.
Lana's concern for children & seniors has given her a broad prospective of needs in the community.
Past President of Main Street Greencastle, and past Treasurer of Little League, Cub Scouts, & GHS Sports Booster.
