Business Management Experience
Joe has spent over 40 years in the building trade. Starting in his family commercial construction service business with his father Joe, Sr., he worked for thousands of home owners, hundreds of small businesses, and hundreds of large corporations and organizations on jobs ranging from small renovations to multi-million dollar, multi-year, and multi-location projects.
Throughout his career, Joe has had extensive involvement managing and working with architects, engineers, vendors, and developers and has had to deal with complex and highly regulated issues such as civil and structural engineering, national building codes, building and zoning regulations, inland wetlands regulations, licensing, permitting, worker’s compensation, and labor relations. He has dealt with various government agencies such as OSHA, DEP, and fire departments. He has been responsible for managing 25 employees plus multiple mechanical subcontractors and safety engineers.
