He is a member of the National Member of the Disabled American Veterans, National Chapter; Chi Omicron Gamma; Bell Tower Fundraising committee, Santa Remedios Church, Tanapag; volunteer, CNMI Diabetes Coalition, Saipan; Volunteer for respite children, Little Darlings Day Care, Susupe; member, International Judo Federation; and member, Guam National Olympics committee.
Aquino was born on Jan. 6, 1968, and is the son of proud parents Daniel Evangelista Aquino familian "Galabok" and Maria Iwa****a Perez familian "Balako," the grandson of proud grandparents Mariano and Maria Evangelista Aquino (dec.) and Jose Attao and Manuela Dela Cruz Blas (dec.). He is husband to Rosa Borja Camacho Aquino, the daughter of Joaquin Rios and Gabriela Borja Camacho (dec.), and father to proud children Queanna, Kristen and Queayla.
