| Info | Raymond M. Kethledge has significant trial and appellate experience in product liability litigation. His practice also includes class actions. He has briefed or argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, various U.S. Courts of Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court, among other courts.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Kethledge served as a Law Clerk to Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the U.S. Supreme Court, having earlier clerked for Judge Ralph B. Guy, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Kethledge also served as Judiciary Counsel to U.S. Senator Spencer Abraham from 1995-97. In private practice, Mr. Kethledge has been Counsel to the Ford Motor Company and a partner in the litigation department of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, one of the most exclusive firms in the Midwest. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1993.
