Info | Served the Public as Probate Judge for Morgan County for 30 years.
Brought recordation from manual to total automation with all digital retention.
Gave the public and abstractors leading technology for records search/copy/print.
Took the lead role in creating and funding the Morgan County Archives.
Funding for all modernization done at no additional impact to General Fund.
Good steward of the public’s money. Throughout 30 years of service my annual budget was never exhausted at year's end. Remaining budget funds were returned to the Morgan County General Fund.
As a Judge, one deals with the lives of people not just a case name and number. Cases were expedited to the earliest possible date allowable by law.
Always evaluated the current court process and adjusted to meet any recent developments in the law.
Currently having computer programming done to allow access to Morgan County Probate records online by Summer of 2006 and digitizing the Historical records to further help public access.
My goal continues to be as a Public Servant to all the people.
