I've paused entering historical French races and am prioritizing getting everything from 2022 in. Just going region by region and département by département.

My pleasure! Unfortunately the constituency races are a relatively small part of the Bundestag's total membership. Not sure what the best way to do the proportional representation part would be, if possible.

Thankfully, overhang and leveling seats are a thing of the past, so at least we have a fixed number of seats.
We'll brainstorm a good way to do the proportional seats. I don't think we've ever devised a uniform way of proportional seats across countries, but maybe we can figure something out.
