The first factor is turnout - the best Poland's ever seen, at 72.9%. That's a heavier than usual meatball of voting cards to be counted. The second is this hulking trio of undertakings to organize and review - simultaneous votes for the Sejm, the Senate and a referendum. Electoral website refers to Law and Justice, and Wikipedia just changed their results page to that.
