this result seems more like a "some voters don't know Mike Kehoe is the Lt. Governor" result more than anything else.

Kehoe's best counties on the deviation map doubles as a "Columbia/Jeff City TV market" map. Kehoe was a State Senator and probably has more name recognition from owning a car dealership in the area than from elective office.
