Witherspoon declared the winner, but republicans are going to court to seek the election be over turned after the County Clerk sent about 500 voters ballots with no election on it.

Could someone unmark Witherspoon as the winner? A judge invalidated the election.

Fixed. I guess McGettigan won't be running for Secretary of State anytime soon.....

It looks like past precedent on the site is to mark a winner (Mark Harris 2018, NH Senate 1974) but uncheck the takes office box and provide a description.

Got it and create a new race for new election scheduled in April? Maybe we also add VOIDED to the race title.

I’m assuming the the municipalities show up because this is a district. In other words municipal results can’t be added on other freeholder races because most counties elect them at large
