Henchman now openly mulling a run for chair. If the race is to avoid descending into a factional fight he would seemingly be the rise-above-it Sarwarkian option. Will likely depend on how crowded the field gets and if the other more broadly acceptable candidate (Merced) decides to run.
If I go to convention next year, I have my best choice. Positive, very fiscally-disciplined, Prag but respects and works well with the Rads. Good guy and would make for a strong leader in my judgment.

This has been a great week for JBH. First, Sarwark makes it official that he isn't running again and issued a firm endorsement. Then, Kim Ruff endorsed him, somebody who is pretty much universally adored these days and also is serious Radical Caucus cred. Not likely at this point he will have any major opposition from the mainstream of the party.

Given the drubbing the Mises Caucus took on the presidential ballot with Hornberger getting so few vote transfers, I'm beginning to think this may be a very similar result to the 2018 Chair race even with the delayed second convention.
