The actor Mircea Diaconu, however (fourth place from nowhere), looks set to star in the next presidential election in 2024. But adding these does not give you the percentage reporting, which is 92.78% up to this point. Don't know how best to display that percentage without putting in the total vote counted up until now (8,684,397) vs total recorded voters (9,360,000; there's a more precise total on its way). This gives us the 92.78%. I am tech dumb-dumb, though. I defer to you.
