Whats weird about the July 27 by-elections is that we could see a situation where Libs pick up the PC seat (Kanata Carleton [Link] ) and the PCs pick up this - a Liberal seat due to the quality of the candidates.
Apparently PCs going all in here and ran a nobody in Kanata Carleton against a popular former MP.
Then again with these being summer by-elections - they could be status quo as no one will care to show up. I took the reverse on both ridings.
