This is a long but engaging article comprised of snippets from 35 people who have written about the current political landscape. Obviously everyone will find something to agree with somewhere in the article. Most of the short articles (which are usually 1-3 paragraphs) raise some pertinent fissures in American society, most of which will be a challenge to overcome. What struck me is that several authors wrote things that seemed so outlandish or immaterial to me that I had to wonder if they were taking this assignment seriously. I was also surprised to see several authors use the opportunity to raise awareness of themselves (they really stand out).
Anyway if you click the link, be prepared to either break away early or to invest half an hour reading through all the entries.
