I have conflicting views on this. I am against gay marriage, yes, but the court has ruled and it is up to county clerks to execute their roles.
I believe in religious freedom, as well. People should be entitled to their opinions, and be able to live their life (as long as it is not violent and doesn't infringe upon other people's lives.)
But, a county clerk has a job to do, and if they can't do it, it is their responsibility to either execute the law or resign and try to change it.

@Tek XX, I think you missed what I was saying. I am saying that the clerk should resign or issue the license. I am in no ways homophobic.
