IndyGeorgia, how best to go about crafting the semi-autonomous region of Zanzibar up above, which envelops Pemba North-South and Unguja North-South? The region is holding elections for its parliament and president tomorrow, and I think we should add in the details.
There have also been louder demands for full-fledged independence from Tanzania recently, Bougainville-style (Zanzibar's had its own 'president' since the Zanzibar Revolution of 1964, and their own 'independent' House of Representatives since 1980), but the monopoly power of Chama Cha Mapinduzi has kept the region uncomfortably bound to the Mainland.
This hold may be lightened after tomorrow.

Created a container for Zanzibar. Let's try that out and see if we can add results.
Boundaries have been shifting, and I still have work to do to update the regions.

Thanks. Would you be able to incorporate within this new Zanzibar container what this semi-autonomous region considers its territory, Unguja North and South and Kemba North and South? This is where things get touchy.
