I’ve recently gotten my hands on election results dating as far back as 1990 from the county clerk’s office. I have the physical copies and id love to add them to this site. I was wondering how I would properly cite them when I fill them in.

I went down to the Denver Clerk's office and took photos of the really old and smelly certified results. This is how I documented those Mayor and Council races.

You won't always get results online and its okay to just cite your source, which in this case for you would County Clerks Official Record or something similar.

Yeah, if the data is offline, just list the source, you don't need a link.
