This race should be the main race of "Tonawanda" showing up on the "Erie County" page. This should not be a sub-section.

I'm questioning if that is the best practice in the Erie container. Please join the discussion there.

This Mayor container should be the main container for the City of Tonawanda.

I created races for the 4 council seats, how can we put them underneath "City Council?"

Where did you put them? Generally you nead to create a Container for each seat/race.

To be more clear with the seat/race thing - you don't create one for each race. I meant for each seat in general, but some Races have multiple winners, so you should one create one Container for those even though they have multiple seats for each winner.
