Reading Pelosi's tweet, it's saying Trump has a right to a trial to prove his innocence. Which he does, and it hasn't happened yet. Being indicted and arrested is what happens before that trial.

I don't know how you are reading/skewing that to say that Pelosi is stating that Trump is guilty before a trial. It says the exact opposite.

Obviously you failed high school government class. In a court you go in innocent until proven guilty and you weaken the prosecutor's case below the beyond the reasonable doubt and you do NOT prove your innocence.

That is why we do not say "innocent" and rather say "not guilty" because they failed to proof your guilt.

"Defendants do not have to prove their innocence. Instead, the government must provide evidence to convince the jury of the defendant’s guilt." (US Courts). She always got rejected from law school because of her stupidity.

Quite a stretch. Most people would say if they aren't found guilty then they are innocent.

Me saying "Trump is guilty" doesn't mean "Trump was found guilty". Like I said, I personally believe he is. It's not rocket science but hopefully justice is served.

It's painfully obvious that Pelosi was referring to Trump having the opportunity at trial to make a case for his innocence, and not saying there was a legal presumption of guilt.

Waste of a good argument over semantics, what Pelosi said was incorrect in a legal sense, but correct in a political one. Kind of like the hate the 5th amendment right to remain silent gets in politics, even though it is a constitutional right we have.

Also, I have to be very objective on this.....

The specific Protestors that Pelosi told "Go Back TO China where your headquarters is" is the organization CODEPINK. An organization that gets a decent amount of their money from a man named Neville Roy Singham (Husband to Co-Founder Jodie Evans).

And where is Neville Roy Singham based? Shanghai, China.
