Geez, I thought the evidence was really clear and the Republicans were going to do the right thing, but they closed ranks again. I guess the state Reps are considerably different than the state Sens?

I can't speak for Texas but the state house and senate in PA are like night and day with how they operate. It's amazing how two parts of the same branch of government can operate so differently. Mind you, I'm referring to when the same party controlled both chambers.
