I found this link to the Polk County Supervisor of Elections page: [Link] It has the results of Franklin’s electoral performance for the Lakeland City Commission, as he represents Southeast District D. Franklin won the November 7, 2017 municipal election with 8,394 votes (64.58%) against his opponent Sandy Toledo‘s 4,604 votes (35.42%). If somebody would be so kind as to create an election page for Franklin on the Lakeland City Commission, it would be much appreciated. I regret that am unable to do so, but I am a new user with limited knowledge about how to use this site. Thanks!
