There is nothing confusing about this except Bowman's excuses. Pulling a fire-alarm to go out a door clearly marked emergency exit only is just a crazy excuse. And if he accidentally pulled the fire alarm - why not call the police to alert them of this mistake? D- on Bowman for his cover-up effort. | |||

If a visitor to Congress "accidentally" pulled a fire alarm in a Congressional building trying to exit an emergency exit and didn't immediately notify authorities of the "mistake"- it would be a misdemeanor by DC law, the visitor would be arrested, and have to appear in court. | |||
