Nominations for Chair taken towards end of business May 24 with a debate of candidates to follow that evening. Per an amendment to the rules, the first order of business Saturday will be a 90-minute presidential forum, followed by the orders of the day, which will begin with Chair elections.
Daniel Lewis (IL) nominated Ken Moellman
Sam Goldstein (IN) nominated Mark Rutherford
Lee Korotzer (FL) nominated Steven Nekhaila
Jen Leatherbury (VA) nominated Angela McArdle
Kareem Maize (PA) nominated Jorge Besada
Evan McMahon (IN), Jessi Cowart (TX), and Boomer Shannon (CA) gave nominating speeches for Rutherford. Scott Horton (TX) gave a nominating speech for McArdle. Other candidates used speech time themselves. |
