| Info | Brad Winter is the Director of the Capital Master Plan Department of Albuquerque Public Schools. He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oklahoma and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees at the University of New Mexico.
While at the University of Oklahoma, Brad was an All-American in the pole vault. He continues to compete in pole vaulting and has won his age division at the local and national level.
Brad Winter is the senior member of the City Council, serving his second term as the representative of District 4. He is the current City Council President, an office he has previously held twice.
